KEVANI to Launch 'Squareview'—First Times Square Flagship at 711 Seventh Avenue, Home to NYC’s Newest Upscale Hotel

LOS ANGELES / NEW YORK — September 9, 2025 — KEVANI, a leading innovator in out-of-home (OOH) media development, has secured the exclusive media rights to operate a dynamic mix of digital and static media destinations at 711 Seventh Avenue in Times Square, New York City. This marks a major milestone in KEVANI’s East Coast expansion and introduces Squareview, the company’s first flagship in Times Square.

The new-to-market media destination activates one of the last remaining untapped building façades in the heart of Times Square, located on an ultra-premium, upscale boutique hotel. The site will be transformed with more than 10,000 square feet of large-format media, making it one of the most significant new developments in the district in recent years.

Squareview is strategically positioned within the Times Square bowtie, delivering high visibility from 7th Avenue, Father Duffy Square, and multiple key pedestrian and vehicular corridors. The full-motion displays will feature a 6mm pitch for ultra-sharp visuals, making them the highest-resolution in the area.

Squareview is powered by KEVANI Intelligent Web Connect™, a proprietary technology that enables real-time, context-aware creative updates based on local data, events, and audience signals. The new installation is engineered for full-motion digital content, immersive 3D visuals, and dynamic creative, offering brands a long dwell time and deeper audience engagement.
